Under this situation, all recorded files willhave faults. When you play back these faulty recorded files, the playback will continuouslystutter no matter with ViewLog player or default Windows player, e.g. Media player.1. ATI Radeon HD graphic card of 1, 2, 3 or 4 series with driver version 9-5 and later applied2. Windows XP applied3. Any of these programs is applied: • Local programs: GV-System, ViewLog, MDB Search, Single Player, Object Search, Quick Search • Remote programs: Center V2, Control Center, Matrix, Multi ViewResolutionTo solve the issue, downgrade the driver version of ATI graphic cards to V9-3.You can access the driver V9-3 for Windows XP at this link:http://geo-demo-japan.dipmap.com:8080/download/fae/neo/9-3_xp32_dd.zipNote: The latest driver version we used for test is 9-8.   2. 2. Jagged Images in DSP-Overlaid Live View Related to ATI GraphicCard DriversWhen the following conditions are met together, the DSP-overlaid live images in the singleview appear jagged.   3. 3. 3. Select Avivo Video from the Graphics menu.4. At the Basic Quality tab, disable Use automatic deinterlacing.5. Under Select the deinterlacing mode, select Bob with the slider.6. Click Apply. The live images should be smooth now.Note: The latest driver version we used for test is 9-8.
