This document outlines a proposal for Glycemion to work with Pfizer to raise awareness of glaucoma through optometrists' offices. Glycemion would identify the opportunity and contract with Pfizer to sponsor a targeted letter program. Optometrists would contact patients due for eye exams, and patients would receive letters encouraging them to make appointments for screening and potential free diabetes screening kits. The goal is to promote both eye exams and Pfizer's glaucoma drug Xalatan.
