We have made considerable investment in relationship building, development of high‐end quality faculty resources, methodologies. Under this scheme, AOE helps entrepreneurs to build a sound, high quality Education venture through grant of franchise rights to offers our brand of Management programs as per the norms laid down time to time. The objective of our relationship is to have win‐win situation, which enables proliferation of AOE offerings with the local initiative and acumen of our business partner for mutual benefit. In setting up a centre, our business partner makes necessary investment, hire the require manpower and deliver our Management programs as mentioned above, under the AOE Business School brand with our continued support. The duration of the franchise agreement is for 5 years at the end of which further renewal is possible at years, possible, a nominal renewal fees.

  13. 13. Investment I AOE Business School charges an initial refundable Security deposit of Rs. 2,50,000/‐ only. This deposit will be returned without interest to the business partner in case of discontinuation of franchise contract. The security deposit will be paid at the time of discontinuation of franchise or at the end of 5 years if not renewed whichever later renewed, later. AOE Business School will charge non refundable Franchise fee of Rs 2 50 000/ towards one time Rs. 2,50,,000/‐ franchise fee. AOE Business School will charge one time non refundable Start‐up Fee of Rs.500000/‐ towards Start Up material.
