“Web 2.0” for scanned old maps: cooperative
georeference and possible online research!
You should publish your maps...
Visitors can explore your scans at your sites,
zoom & pan in the browser...
You will add the the button to your website with the
map presentation:

which links to prepared web-based tools
> Specification of control points for your online scans <
Main advantage: It allows improvable collaborative
georeference even after the document is published!

Google Earth 3D presentation of your scanned maps:
We provide the geometadata (KML) - the images comes
from your server (no upload to 3d-party)
Possible online warping of your scans:
If you agree, we can provide OGC WMS access to your
scans (as soon as you publish with Zoomify or IIPimage)
