  6. 6. History of the State <ul><li>Louisiana was explored in 1684 by the La Salle expedition and became a territory in1699. Louisiana became an U.S. state on April 30, 1812.Louisiana also seceded in 1860 at the beginning of the Civil War. Sadly in 2005 Hurricane Katrina Struck Louisiana and it left thousands homeless. </li></ul>

What to do in Louisiana <ul><li>Day 1:get off airplane at Louis Armstrong international airport then, go get rental car from budget then, check in at The Marriot Lastly, get some food and lurk around New Orleans. </li></ul><ul><li>Day 2: You will eat some breakfast then, Explore the French Quarter, Get some lunch then, go to Mardi Gras World. Finally, leave and get some dinner then go back to hotel and sleep. </li></ul><ul><li>Day 3: Get up at 8:00 then eat a fast breakfast then go to Hurricane Katrina Ruins explore then leave if get lunch finally pack bags and go back to airport and get on plane back to hometown. </li></ul>
