  17. 17. Attendance Attendance is very important for each caddie. If you have a scheduled time that you are assigned to, you need to be there. If a caddie does not show for their intended time they will be moved to the bottom of the call list. Each caddie should arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled tee time.
  18. 18. How Will You Be Notified For a Loop? • First there will be an email sent to you about an opportunity to caddie. It will state the date and time of potential Loop. If there is an unexpected tee time and we need a caddie you will receive a phone call from one of us. • Then you will need to reply that day stating whether or not you can do the Loop. So, you need to be checking your email at least once or twice a day. If you do not get back to us within that time period we will find another caddie.
  19. 19. How Will You Be Notified For a Loop cont. • Once you received and returned our email. You are all set and just need to make sure you show up on time and ready to caddie. • We will send out an email with the players names to you 24 hours before your scheduled Loop.
  20. 20. Compensation • We have set up a mandatory caddie fee the guest must pay you after the round. • You will receive 30 Dollars per bag in your group. If the guest pay cash you will receive all of that at the end of the round. • If the guest pay the caddie fee with credit card there will be 10 percent taken out for Orange County Golf Foundation, and you will receive a check from them the next week. • Gratuity above and beyond the standard fee is based on your individual caddie performance. So always keep a smile on your face and do a great job while you are with the guest.
  21. 21. You Will Be Graded • Here at the Pete Dye Course we have set up a grading system for the caddies. At the end of each round the guest will be given a caddy survey card to fill out. On that card there are three categories they will be rating you on from one to ten. They are Attitude, Appearance, and Knowledge on Course Information. If your average of the three remain between: 9-10: You will be considered a Honor Caddie, and be at the top of the Caddie Call List. 8-9 : You Will be considered an A Caddie. 5-8 : You Will be considered a B Caddie. 5 and Below : You will be on probation and at the bottom of the Caddie Call List.
