Use of physical space 15 Class Visits Teachers bring classes to search for independent reading books, conduct research, or use the library computers for instruction. 205 Individual Student Visits Students come on their own to select independent reading books or use the computer for class work.

  5. 5. Collaborations ● Encyclopedia lesson for grade 6 ● Pulled historical fiction for grade 8 LA classes
  6. 6. Library Projects ● Created 2 LibGuides: ○ Teens’ Top Ten 2013 ○ Rhode Island Teen Book Award 2014 ● Started organizing the fiction collection by genre. Each genre is receiving a new genre sticker, as well as colored label protectors over the spine label.

  9. 9. Shelf from historical fiction section. Books have light blue label protectors and new stickers designating historical, war, or Holocaust.
