  3. 3. WHY IT MATTERS • $6.1M investment led by Andreessen Horowitz • 3,000 fans came to their office opening • PH e-mail sent to 100,000’s of people, including press and investors • TRACTION FORYOU
  4. 4. WHAT IT CAN DO FORYOU • Our app, Fittr, was featured on Product Hunt and made it into theTop 5 • During the time it was only on Product Hunt, we received 13 downloads a second • We were able to capitalize on press opportunities, such asYahoo!
  5. 5. WHY? COMMUNITY • Site might not look like much, but has a large and active fan base • Interaction with the site daily is common and encouraged • People meet in real life to talk about Product Hunt

COMMENTS • Each product gets a Comments section with its own URL • Only certain members have commenting privileges, granted by the community • The Green “M” has been awarded to me on this product because I made it and have joined the discussion • Below the brown bar is the user who submitted the Hunt
