  1. 1. BigUniverse.com<br />Read books online.<br />Create your own books<br />Publish books to site for peer review.<br />Share books with friends.<br />Click “CREATE YOUR OWN BOOK!” to begin.<br />
  2. 2. Create a Book<br />Click “My Books”<br />1.<br />Click “Create a Book”<br />Specify the size of book you want to create.<br />2.<br />3.<br />
  3. 3. Background Color<br />Click on the “Page Color” button<br />Click color and press “OK”<br />Or<br />Click Color Mix to choose two colors.<br />Page color button<br />4. Choose first color.<br />Click “End Color.”<br />Choose second color.<br />Specify “Straight” or “Round”<br />Choose Mix Direction.<br />Click “OK.”<br />
  4. 4. Adding Pictures<br />1. Choose a folder<br />3. Move picture by clicking and dragging to desired location.<br />4. Resize picture by clicking pink bars when appear and dragging to desired size.<br />2. Double click picture<br />You can upload your own pictures!<br />
  5. 5. Adding Words<br />1. Click “Pages & Words<br />2. Click “Add Words”<br />3. Type text in box.<br />The text box options are similar to using Word!<br />4. Position text on screen the same as picture.<br />5. Click “Done” when finished.<br />
  6. 6. Add/Delete Pages & Preview<br />Use these buttons to organize pages.<br />Click “My Books”<br />Click “Preview This Book”<br />3. Scroll through pages to preview your book.<br />
  7. 7. Storyboard View & Publishing<br />Click “My Books<br />Click “Storyboard”<br />Click “Save This Book”<br />Print book, if desired.<br />5. Click “Share”<br />6. Click <br /> “Publish To BigUniverse” <br />A storyboard appears for your review. <br />
