Make every interaction count• Every human is on this planet to add value.• Every interaction was destined to be.• Treat the customer as if we had just one customer.• Each interaction is an opportunity to inspire + grow.• Be genuine and intentional.• Success is in the details of the experience.

Be humble• Count your blessings to have each customer.• Listen more than you speak.• Appreciate that each customer is unique + valuable.• Treat the customer how you want to be treated.• Being humble is not thinking less of yourself; it is thinking ofyourself less.• It’s okay to make mistakes, as long as you learn from them.
  6. 6. 3. Delight through service• Make every interaction a delightful ‘moment of truth’.• Try to resolve any problem or issue in one interaction.• Send surprises + gifts to wow the customer.• Go the extra mile.

Be easily approachable• Most people don’t like asking questions, out of shyness or fear,so let customers know you’re here for them, all the time.• Provide multiple methods for easy access.• Have as little hurdles as possible for your customer to reachyou. “Leave the door open!”• Give each customer that “one customer” feel.• Be a cheerleader for your customer’s goals and dreams.

  10. 10. 7. Less is more• Focus on clarity = focus on success.• The simpler you can make the communication, the faster theresults will come.• Truly serve the customer by destroying overwhelm.• Say it in fewer words.• The cleaner and simplistic look is the attractive look.
