A: The Fast Start program is a package of training classes plus marketing materials designed to prepare new Agents to become successful Realtors® as quickly as possible. You and your Manager can decide whether it will be beneficial for you to participate in the Fast Start program. What does the Fast Start training cover? A: The Fast Start training program consists of six two-day Modules covering Technology (Power Up), the Listing Proposal and Comparative Marketing Analysis, Prospecting, Working with Buyers, Contracts and Addenda, Financing, Listing Agreements and Leases. All classes are taught by our experienced training staff. Class descriptions are available from your Manager or Office Coordinator, and are also posted on the Gary Greene website. When and Where are the Fast Start classes held? A: Modules are held every Thursday and Friday with few exceptions, from 9:30 a. m. until approximately 3:30 p. m. with an hour break for lunch (on your own), in the Corporate Training Center at the Company’s Corporate Office (10575 Katy Freeway, Suite 100, Houston, Texas 77024).
