RI CHEFS & RESTAURANTS STAND OUT ON AWARDS SEMIFINALIST LISTSThe James Beard Foundation 2012 Restaurant and Chef Award Semifinalists were an-nounced this morning and a number of Rhode Island chefs and restaurants are includedon this year’s list.
