Angles in Buildings

  2. 2. Acute Angle This is a picture of an acute angle building. The measure is less than 90 degrees.
  3. 3. Right Angle This is a picture of a building’s two parts which are together to make a right angle. 90 degrees
  4. 4. Obtuse Angles This is a picture of a building which is Obtuse. More than 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees.
  5. 5. Complementary Angles The two angles’ measure together makes 90 degrees.
  6. 6. Supplementary Angles These two buildings are supplementary because the two angles are equivalent to 180
  7. 7. Bisected Angle The angles are bisected and the center is the vertex.
  8. 8. Vertical Angles The two angles share a common point and they are opposite to each other. The angles are congruent and have equal measure.
  9. 9. Linear Pair The two angles form a linear pair they are adjacent and their measurement equals 180 degrees
  10. 10. Opposite Rays Opposite rays are two rays that have a common vertex.
