Retains and creates hundreds of new, family wage, career path, local “green jobs” that protect or improve the natural environment. 2. Reduces energy waste, money waste, and carbon pollution, especially in buildings in low and moderate income communities. 3. Innovatively expands capital sources and financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy retrofits.
