The PearlandTechnology Plan (PTP)seeks to assure theeffective impact oftechnology use onstudent learning.
The PTP is Divided into 4 Central Goals•Infrastructure for Technology•Teaching and Learning•Educator Preparation•Administrative And Support Services These four goals area will impact how well our students are able to master technology.
The District’s Technology Plan will be assessed December 2011.Updates and current plans will be assessable to the public in Spring2012. Because I am not a staff person with any school district, I donot have current information, could not find anything morerelevant than this 2008-2010 plan for Pearland ISD, and none of myteacher friends could provide me with any copies from theirschools. I apologize. The holiday was not my friend. To date, 100% of Pearland ISD schools and non-instructional sites have high speed internet connection, campus based file servers, SANS, and NAS.
