Share a Visual Story • Use graphics to tell your brand story • Images are more important than ever • Cover photo: Emphasize brand (B2B) instead of product (B2C) • Fan gates are dead • No contact or purchase information • No calls to action (order, download, like, share, etc.) • Milestones build history and a personal touch • Date you were founded, your first customers, an important event, when you added new services or increased staff, etc.9
