  3. 3. 2. Keep Track of the Budget <ul><li>Expenses can add up quickly! </li></ul><ul><li>It is important to keep track of your budget. </li></ul><ul><li>Make sure you keep it current and accurate. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>This will prevent over spending. </li></ul></ul>
  4. 4. 3. Make a Checklist <ul><li>Make your checklist easy to read and navigate. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>I recommend typing it out and saving the document. This allows you to go back and update the list as you need. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Include: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Contact information </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Day of the event plans </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Basic things that need to be done (list step by step) </li></ul></ul>

Make an Event Toolbox <ul><li>Prepare a Toolbox before the event. </li></ul><ul><li>You never know when it will come and in handy. </li></ul><ul><li>Toolbox should include </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Tape </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Fishing Wire </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Safety Pins </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Comb </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Tylenol/Advil </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Scissors </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Etc. </li></ul></ul>
