  15. 15. Tips for Business Users 1. Be patient. The communities don’t happen overnight. If you try and force it, it just seems inauthentic. 2. Be authentic. If your company has positive vibes to it in real life and your employees like to come to work every day for the creative, stimulating environment, that’s going to show in any form of marketing you do. 3. Be a part of it. Develop an online community around your brand. 4. Be supportive. Listen to what your community does. Don’t be afraid to let them steer you.
