How to use Insignia Library OPAC

  1. 1. OPACOnline Public Access Catalog
  2. 2. OPAC• Be sure to select your library in the drop down window.
  3. 3. OPAC• You can search by Keyword, Title, Author, etc.
  4. 4. Searching for a book• In the Keyword Search, type in magnetism. There are five matches.
  5. 5. Searching for a book• Look at the first book. The call number is 621 HAS. This is the address. It tells you where the book is located.
  6. 6. Searching for a book• Look at the Availability. 0 of 1 means there is one copy in our library but it is checked out.
  7. 7. Finding a book on your AR Level• On the search page, click the Kiosk tab.

  9. 9. Finding a book on your AR Level• Select your AR level.
  10. 10. Finding a book on your AR Level• There are 643 books at SAC that are AR level 2.0 – 2.9.
