  9. 9. RecommendationsIn case of e-government, PPP contractual period shouldnot be as long as other conventional fields ofgovernment (non ICT) due to rapid change in ICT

RecommendationsIncorporate into the contractual terms of PPP in ICTprojects and services which relax the restrictionsimposed onto the IPR of these projects and servicesagainst the private sector partner, and allow the privatesector partner to continue to develop the IPR arisingfrom such projects and services.
  11. 11. RecommendationsAudit the IPRs held by the Government arising from thepast PPPs to examine their commercial potential, andrelease those with high commercial viability to publicbidding by the local ICT industry with a view to furtherdevelopment and market release.
