  1. 1. As Eng FRC we Advocate for the needs of the collective, act as a resource and provide support that improves the Engineering graduate student experience at McMaster

Inclusivity working to engage all graduate students and represent the collective Support in how we interact & in the types of events and services offered Connected to the various university partners as well as the graduate student population Integrity Relevance honesty, truth and accuracy when representing the graduate students with the pulse of what graduate students want & refining services and supports to reflect those needs

To listen to concerns among community and bring them to the GSA council to seek solutions To conduct the foundation of a Engineering Graduate Students Council that concur all the 9 departments in Engineering Graduate Students / Program To create the "Engineering at Mac Database" to have an idea of the demographics and the graduate students needs 31 To organise social events that promote professional development of engineering graduate students
