Franchisee Facts - GamepleX <ul><li>This opportunity is specifically for franchising only (no renting/leasing) and thus meant for investors only who aspire to invest into and run a proven business of   hi-tech online internet gaming cafes launched by Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group company. </li></ul><ul><li>Zapak Gameplex shall offer world-class gaming experience along with F&B (snacks), internet surfing, cool ZAPAK merchandises like T-shirts, caps etc, and peripherals like Gaming Mouse, Keyboards, mouse pads, headphones etc and Game CD’s of world Famous titles. </li></ul><ul><li>Franchisee will be selling game-packs to gamers in various denominations which will permit them to play at the Gameplex. </li></ul><ul><li>No investment is required by franchisee in stocks as it will be owned by ZDEL. Franchisee shall be responsible to manage operations and collect payments. Franchisee revenue share shall be transferred by 10th of every month for the previous month. </li></ul>

Franchisee Facts - GamepleX <ul><li>Franchisee shall enjoy 70% share in revenue on gamepacks sold & 40% share in margins on sales of cool ZAPAK merchandises like T-shirts, caps etc, and peripherals like Gaming Mouse, Keyboards, mouse pads, headphones etc , Game CD’s of world Famous titles happening at the outlet and Food & Beverages. </li></ul><ul><li>Franchisee shall be responsible for operating cost , such as Rent, Electricity, Manpower, Interest on capital, and any other miscellaneous expenses pertaining to the premises. </li></ul><ul><li>Franchisee shall do the infrastructure set-up at as per ZDEL’s specifications and the interiors as per ZDEL’s brand manual. The assets deployed shall be property of Franchisee. The assets primarily include Computers, Furniture, electrical fittings, etc. </li></ul>
    30. 33. Franchisee Facts - GamepleX <ul><li>ZDEL shall undertake complete responsibility of software maintenances . However, maintenances of computer hardware, electrical fittings, furniture and constructed structure shall be Franchisee's responsibility </li></ul><ul><li>Setting-up of a Zapak Gameplex takes 6-8 weeks post handover of site for the purpose of bandwidth and content installation and testing. The site requires to be handed over as per Zapak’s specifications. </li></ul><ul><li>ZDEL shall undertake outdoor branding . </li></ul><ul><li>ZDEL shall undertake BTL activities like pamphlets, paper bills, posters etc. to do local promotions for the franchisee outlet. However, franchisee may be asked for providing logistical and organizing support. </li></ul>
