PROJECT RATIONALE
The Department of Education’s mandate is geared towards the improvement and
rehabilitation of school facilities to aid in providing safe and conducive environment
for learning, however KVES was challenged vastly by natural disasters and since it was
built 18 years ago that caused damages to the school that have honed 8,000+
learners of Kasiglahan Village and nearby villages, roofing, comfort rooms, and
electrical wirings have been damaged. Through the help and guidance of Montalban
Sub-Office and the Local Government of Montalban we are hereby looking forward
for the rehabilitation and repair of the damaged facilities. This venture entails a
vigorous effort in providing the learners and stakeholders the best service through
the sound facilities of the school. Repair of the said school facilities are necessary to
lessen further damage and rehabilitate the conducive environment for the learners
and school stakeholders leading to safe and sound environment for the clienteles.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The project aims to accomplish the following objectives:
 Repair of roofing, Rehabilitation of comfort rooms
and re-installation of electrical wirings.
 Provide conducive environment for the learners and
school stakeholders leading to safe and sound
environment for the clienteles.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project requires the school administration to seek
support from stakeholders in order to undertake repair of
roofing, rehabilitation of comfort rooms and re-installation of
electrical wirings, and provide conducive environment for the
learners and school stakeholders leading to safe and sound
environment for the clienteles.
PROJECT DURATION
This project is a whole year activity until the
school facilities will be improved.
TARGET BENEFICIARIES
All learners, teachers, and parents of KVES are
the target beneficiaries of this project.

Repairing School Facilities for 8,000 Learners

  • 2. PROJECT RATIONALE The Department of Education’s mandate is geared towards the improvement and rehabilitation of school facilities to aid in providing safe and conducive environment for learning, however KVES was challenged vastly by natural disasters and since it was built 18 years ago that caused damages to the school that have honed 8,000+ learners of Kasiglahan Village and nearby villages, roofing, comfort rooms, and electrical wirings have been damaged. Through the help and guidance of Montalban Sub-Office and the Local Government of Montalban we are hereby looking forward for the rehabilitation and repair of the damaged facilities. This venture entails a vigorous effort in providing the learners and stakeholders the best service through the sound facilities of the school. Repair of the said school facilities are necessary to lessen further damage and rehabilitate the conducive environment for the learners and school stakeholders leading to safe and sound environment for the clienteles.
  • 3. PROJECT OBJECTIVES The project aims to accomplish the following objectives:  Repair of roofing, Rehabilitation of comfort rooms and re-installation of electrical wirings.  Provide conducive environment for the learners and school stakeholders leading to safe and sound environment for the clienteles.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project requires the school administration to seek support from stakeholders in order to undertake repair of roofing, rehabilitation of comfort rooms and re-installation of electrical wirings, and provide conducive environment for the learners and school stakeholders leading to safe and sound environment for the clienteles.
  • 5. PROJECT DURATION This project is a whole year activity until the school facilities will be improved.
  • 6. TARGET BENEFICIARIES All learners, teachers, and parents of KVES are the target beneficiaries of this project.

  • 8. MONITORING AND EVALUATION Results of the success of the project will be based on the actual accomplishment of objectives. The results of the project shall also serve as the basis for reviewing, planning, and implementing the project.
