There are 2 types of high blood pressure. <ul><li>Essential- stress, visceral obesity, potassium deficiency (hypokalemia), salt (sodium) sensitivity,alcohol intake,vitamin D deficiency aging and genetic mutations. </li></ul><ul><li>Secondary-kidney disease, obesity/metabolic disorder </li></ul>
