What is Batch Reports? <ul><li>Batch Report are reports run thru a queue process that may run anytime or nightly jobs. </li></ul><ul><li>Batch Report are submitted by user parameters and Query needed by the report. </li></ul><ul><li>Batch Report will be spooled or email after its finished. </li></ul>

What is Card and Mail Reports? <ul><li>The DMS has specific Card reports and Mailing 3 up cards. </li></ul><ul><li>The business needed are: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Combine Spouses </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>1 per Household </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Substitute Address </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Solicitation Mailing </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>2 or 3 up Cards </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>etc… </li></ul></ul><ul><li>The main difference between Mail and Card reports is Mail eliminates Donor with no addresses. </li></ul><ul><li>Integrated with our Query to filter our Donor to finite list based on criteria’s. </li></ul>

How does Batch Report integrate with DMS? <ul><li>Batch Reports are submitted from the On-Line system. </li></ul><ul><li>Query population build are used in Batch Reports. </li></ul><ul><li>Parameter screens setup user options for Batch Reports. </li></ul><ul><li>Batch Report are setup thru our security and report interface. </li></ul>

Real Life <ul><li>Batch Report as submitted daily for anytime or nightly jobs. </li></ul><ul><li>User defining their Query and using it in Batch Report give them a lot of flexibly and powerful reporting. </li></ul><ul><li>Their card reports are a big part of events run by JUF. </li></ul><ul><li>Batch Report can be emailed directly to the User. </li></ul>
