1. 교육이 중요한건 환경(스타트업에서 일할 디자이너, SILO 같은 조직이 아닌 융합적 조직의 등장)

2. 팀 빌딩이 중요한 이유는, 개인적으로 되어야 한다(lean ux) -> 팀을 만들어야 한다(몇몇 실험적 사례, leadership , management 등) 까지만 얘기가 나와서 실제 어떻게 꾸릴지에 대한 내용이 중요하니.

3. 퍼실리테이션에 대한 것이 어쨋든 현재 좀 중요한 것 같다..
