I am a native of Ontario, Canada. I attended Brock University in St. Catherines, Ont., and earned a bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Leisure. I then earned my master’s degree in Recreational Youth Sport Administration from Indiana University, where I wrote her thesis on the social development characteristics that team sports develop. I currently work for the International Alliance for Youth Sports (IAYS).
