This is an abbreviated presentation of the Disruptive Inclusion theory and Inclusion Innovation model.
Disruptive Inclusion© is proactive recognition, and embracing of both the similarities and differences in people, with a clear objective of improving organizational environments, individual motivation and ultimately business innovation.
This session will demonstrate how to integrate the IDI, Internet based technologies and Innovation theory with clients in order to increase IDI’s usage and the organization’s product, process and practice innovation.
The presentation is constructed in such a way that the Administrator, or Practitioner can use the PowerPoint presentation themselves with current clients or prospects. Handouts include copies of sample Innovation personality and Leadership assessments that participants can utilize to increase the use of the IDI with their clients and prospects.
