P1 a Personal Qualities required for Aviation Industry <ul><li>Professionalism – The person should be professional in his behaviour. </li></ul><ul><li>Confidence – The person should be confident about his/her decisions. </li></ul><ul><li>Etiquettes – The person should have basic manners to deal with passengers. </li></ul><ul><li>Good Health – The person should be able to work for the given time without any health concerns. </li></ul><ul><li>Grooming – The person should be well groomed in the working hours. </li></ul><ul><li>Self Presentation – The person should know the art of presenting himself/herself with the passengers. </li></ul><ul><li>Communication Skills – The person should have good communication skills so that he/she can interact with the passengers. </li></ul><ul><li>Smile – The person should be able to have a good smile to make the passengers feel better. </li></ul>

P1 b ; P2 a and P2 b Personal Grooming Treatments <ul><li>I started exercising daily after the exercise classes. </li></ul><ul><li>It helped me in reducing my weight. </li></ul><ul><li>I also started using the grooming tips given by the faculty so as to improve my skin, hair and hygiene. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Techniques to improve my skin <ul><li>My skin is a T zone type of skin which is a combination of dry and oily skin. </li></ul><ul><li>Pimples – I was prone to having pimples on my skin. I started applying Aloe Vera to my skin which has helped me a lot. I also started cleansing-toning-moisturizing treatment. Also 1 tsp of castor oil decreased my pimples considerably. </li></ul><ul><li>Dark Circles – To come over my dark circles, I started to apply rose water. Also I started applying grated cucumber and potato on my eyes which helped me a lot. </li></ul>

  8. 8. Techniques to improve my hair <ul><li>Dandruff – It was my main concern as I had tried using all types of shampoos which did not help at all. As per my trainer’s advice, I started applying Aloe Vera before having my bath. After my bath I started applying 2 tsp diluted vinegar and rinse it. </li></ul><ul><li>Oil massage – I started oiling and massaging my hair as they were comparatively dry. </li></ul>

P4a <ul><li>I think that it is very important to present myself as a professional in an interview because : - </li></ul><ul><li>It shows my grooming skills. </li></ul><ul><li>The person can adjudge me on the basis of self presentation. </li></ul><ul><li>The professional formal dress shows the way I choose my attire. </li></ul><ul><li>It will take not more than 10 seconds for the interviewer to judge me. </li></ul><ul><li>Professionalism reflects my attitude. </li></ul><ul><li>The right posture also reflects on the type of personality I am. </li></ul><ul><li>The interviewer must believe that I am ready to work in a professional way throughout my career. </li></ul>
