  • PARTNERS Not only do we partner with our communities but even with competitors for betterment of the State and to leverage opportunities for exposure at events. EVENTS Omaha and Nebraska are great places to do business but we need to tell our story. These events provide opportunities to cultivate and start relationships with site consultants and corp real estate professionals Nebraska was rated 10 th best state for business by Pollina Corp. Real Estate Inc. Omaha 3 rd on “Top 10 Best Cities in 2008” by Kiplingers Omaha 6 th in Midsize Magnets (200K- 500K) category for Hotspots for YP’s to live and work by Next Generation Consulting.
  • Proactive calls on over 100 customers annually Meet with high level persons In 2008 identified $38,675 in one time sales tax refunds and an estimated annual savings of $13,060 for OPPD customer/owners. Promote OPPD products and services when appropriate

  • STRENGTHEN Strategic and Volunteer Planning PREPAREDNESS Sites & Buildings – encourage acquisitoin, development, identification Educate community leaders on NE incentive programs and other financing (LB840 local option)
  • The former Tender Heart Treasures building at about 108 th & Giles Road in Sarpy County was key to this project. This project a testament to the old saying “never give up”. Original criteria building or site not near a creek or airport, well this building had both.
  • Worked with MM for over 3 yrs on project.
  • Will produce enzymes for existing cor-based ethanol and doing R&D for cellulosic ethanol.
  • Worked with PCA and Ayars & Ayars, local design build company, for 5 yrs.
