  • There’s   no stopping the rise of mobile and its impact on charity fundraising - mobile   web, apps and texts can all be used to drive awareness and donations. It’s   more important than ever to align your mobile and social strategies so your   supporters have a great experience when they want to give to your charity. But   making your website mobile and social friendly requires a new way of   thinking. In this session, JustGiving will present their new ‘Mobile First’   strategy and how they approached optimising their donation process for mobile   phones. They will discuss some of the challenges faced in moving from a   ‘scroll’ and a ‘click’ of the mouse to a ‘swipe’ and ‘touch’ on something   like an iPhone and the importance of not overlooking the link between mobile   and social.
