  3. 3. Introduction Mars is a small planet. Sometimes Mars is called “THE RED PLANET “ It is one of the most famous planet. It is one of the five smallest planets in the world. Some people say that there is live in Mars.
  4. 4. Mars is the fourth planet of the Solar System. It is between the Earth and Jupiter. Mars has two moons : • Fobos: it is small but Fobos can turn to 9,000 kilometres per hour. • Deimos: doesn’t have craters of more than 2 kilometres. Localitation and Moons
  5. 5. Curiosities • Mars has a very fine atmosphere because it is formed by carbon dioxide. • It is colder than the Earth. • One year in Mars is 685 in the Earth. • The distance between Mars and the Sun is about 200.000 kilometres approximately.
