Our Objectives  Provide "qualified" leads to each member.  Build each member’s revenue through increased sales.  Grow each member's client base.  Add value to each member's clients through expanded services of other professionals in The JMT Network.  Provide a support network team of professionals to discuss business-related issues.  Provide exceptional and guaranteed service to clients of The JMT Network.

Our Objectives  Ensure member companies are not directly competing with each other in the same market.  Leverage an advisory board of experienced professionals to provide input into key business decisions that effect The JMT Network.  Evaluate each member’s contribution on a regular basis through a client feedback process.  Provide each member the opportunity to develop their business outside of their current market.

Members Benefits  No administrative work - invoicing and payment handled by The JMT Network.  Webinars to educated members on services offered by other members, networking with people who have commonality.  Back-up resources to help you handle challenging clients. These are just a few examples of the many member benefits of The JMT Network

Commission  The JMT Network provides you with the opportunity to build revenue by providing leads to other members in The JMT Network.  The commission paid is determined by the strength of the lead that you provide.  Leads provided by the sales team will be paid at the current contract commission rate.  Referral payments are made after the client pays for their service.
  13. 13. Our Fee  When The JMT Network provides you with a lead you pay a total fee of 20%.  The fee pays the referral commission and The JMT Network expenses.  If we gave you a $100 would you give us $20?

Turner Ph.D. The JMT Network founder and JMT & Associates, LLC, President John is the President of JMT & Associates, LLC a full-service Human Resources (HR) and Safety Consulting firm located in Wooster, Ohio. The firm was established in 2002. The mission of JMT & Associates, LLC is to add value to its client’s business through effective utilization of their Human Capital Resources. The firm provides a variety of comprehensive human resources and employee safety services customized to meet the client’s needs. John offers 30+ years of diversified HR and Safety experience in a variety of industries. Diana L. Clarke Ph.D. Silverwood Associates, President Silverwood Associates, a management consulting firm and collaborates with ISSG Consulting on marketing Profiles products. An organizational consultant, she has a PH.D in Industrial Gerontology and specializes in the selection, development, retention of talent, succession planning and strategic planning. She has 22+ years of multi-industry consulting experience linking human resource practices to strategic initiatives. Most recently, she is working with healthcare organizations to reduce turnover and retain talent.

Dennis MS, CSP, CET, CIT, CSSM, WSO-CSE Industrial Safety Solutions, Inc., President Jeffery is a safety, industrial hygiene, environmental, health, and quality professional with 30+ years experience. He owns and operates Industrial Safety Solutions, Inc., a firm specializing in Safety, Industrial, Hygiene, Environmental, and Quality Professional Services. He has a Masters of Science from Columbia Southern University in Occupational Safety and Health and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Productions Operations Management.
