Architect to have own cost estimator with stipulated costing procedures and with appropriate attachments such as Program of Requirements, Property Survey and Geotechnical Report. </li></ul><ul><li>Before final interviews, set fee as flat dollar amount or fixed percentage to convert to flat dollar amount at approval of the Schematic Design. </li></ul><ul><li>Upon short listing of design firms, provide a copy of the Agreement to shortlisted firms and require written acceptance as a condition of interview. </li></ul>

In addition to the thorough administration of the construction contract(s), the Program Manager continues to coordinate the services of the Architect, Engineers, other consultants and manage and coordinate other contracts for such items as for furnishings and commissioning not included in the construction contract(s).
