Managed Services by ITC provides a comprehensive Network Operations Center (NOC), allowing us to
See All, Manage All, and Service All. From a single dashboard, we can provide proactive remote
monitoring and management (RMM) of your servers, workstations and laptops, routers and switches,
even your broadband service. We provide asset tracking, proactive automated maintenance, patch
management, cloud-based managed online back-up and managed antivirus solutions. The dashboard
alerts us to a potential problem, so we can view it and fix it before you even know a problem
existed. It also provides issue tracking, and creates detailed reports. If a problem requires an on-site
visit, utilizing an integrated PSA tool, we can track issues, create tickets for service, and, if necessary,
dispatch a technician to your site.
Managed Print Services
ITC offers a Turnkey Remotely Monitored Managed Print Solution to provide you with complete lifecycle asset management, alerts, repairs and replacements, as necessary, with predictive maintenance
capabilities and fully customizable auto-replenishment of supplies with either OEM or compatible
products. This provides you with complete usage reports including page counts for color and mono
printing, and associated/calculated costs. As printers reach their end-of-life, ITC offers flexible
acquisition options including: utility-based billing, leasing, renting, or direct purchasing, or any
combination of the above.
