WHY NOT FACEBOOK? SO WHY DON'T THEY?
a) Doesn't adequately target by geography b) Preaches to the converted

each time, and missing the same ones each time as well.

13. FUNDING & INVESTMENT The Community Accelerator
Towni Localistics is a New Jersey-based Limited Liability Corporation.
To date, the business is entirely self-funded by the founders, with no debt.
The founders expect to pursue seed-stage funding in Summer 2013.
Capital sought is in the $80,000 - $160,000 range, and will serve to scale
the service from the 7-town launch phase to a 30-town phase.
The equity holders (the two founders, in equal shares) are open to parting
with an ownership stake, but preferably seek a convertible note
arrangement with a strategic partner.
