What Worked (Personal) I worked in a small team of people effectively andcommunicated with them all reporting to my manager withany issues I had. I was polite the audience and acted professional when I wasfor filling my role. I inputted ideas into the thought process when we weredeciding on what we wanted from FOH. I worked to my maximum despite being ill.
  3. 3. What Didn’t (Personal)The Issue To Fix Next TimeCommunication between staff andstudents.Ensure that the information is truebefore passing it on to otherpeople to avoid miss-communication.In the planning process I did not100% focus.Next time be more focused on thejob role from the start.
  4. 4. Personal Targets To ask for more help when I need it. Make sure there I’m clear on targets for the that I havebeen set by my manager. Ensure that I keep calm in stressful situations. Ensure that communication is at its highest level at alltimes.
  5. 5. What Worked (The Team) The FOH team all worked well along side each other. We maintained a high level of professionalismthroughout the show. We looked smart and were polite to the audience. We asked a questionnaire to the audience to get theiropinion on the service they received.
  6. 6. What Didn’t (The Team)The Issue To Fix Next TimeReturn of communication! Communication is key to FOH toensure we know the vitalinformation about ticket sales.Rushed jobs. This was due to the minimumamount of staff on FOH thatsometimes we rushed jobs toensure others got done.
  7. 7. Team Improvements To work on communication. To develop a better production plan. To make sure that there are enough seat for the amountof tickets sold. Make sure we ask for help where needed.
