Heritage Station Winery, named for the train station that used to sit on the property, sits across 100 acres of farm land. <br />Along with the grapes required to produce their award winning Chardonnay and Merlot, the farm land also includes peaches, apples, & sugar plums.<br /> Owned and operated by Bill, Penni and Richard Heritage – 5th & 6th generation farmers – Heritage Station Winery produces approximately 4,500 cases, or 54,000 bottles of wine annually and are still expanding. <br />

Carl, our tour guide for the day, said he couldn’t be happier working for Heritage Station. <br />Here he is explaining the wine aging process and the difference between French and American Oak barrels . <br />His favorite day of the year? The day they go through all 58 barrels for sampling!<br />
