Blog Writing #1 <ul><li>Before publishing blog writing to your website you should: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Write a draft as a Word document </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Bring draft to first Writing class next week and turn it in to your Writing teacher. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Your draft must: </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>one page, double-spaced, 12 pt font </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>½ summary + ½ opinion </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Include a complete MLA bibliography </li></ul></ul>
  2. 2. Procedure <ul><li>First, write a draft and turn it in to your writing teacher next week (first class) </li></ul><ul><li>Then, your writing teacher will return it to you next week (second class) </li></ul><ul><li>Finally, publish to your website by the end of next Friday </li></ul>
  3. 3. Format: <ul><li>First, give a brief summary of the article which highlights the main ideas of the article IN YOUR OWN WORDS!!!!! </li></ul><ul><li>Next, give your opinion of the article. Consider the following question: </li></ul><ul><li>Do you agree with Hillary Clinton’s idea of, “women as the vehicles of economic development”? </li></ul>
