Brought in to develop a strategy for ensuring that the customers would be best served by the new design. </li></ul><ul><li>Engagement began with qualitative and quantitative research which led to a strategy incorporating organizational, customer service and store design and environment changes across the entire store network. </li></ul><ul><li>Worked closely with CEO and senior management team to implement significant changes that eventually led to a buyout by The Blackstone Group. </li></ul>
