IMMIGRATION SERVICES Through Randcol’s affiliation with Stevens & Stevens Consulting, LLC, we offer you the following specialized Immigration Services: • Function as the subject matter expert and central point of contact for all immigration related questions and issues. • Develop and present informational programs for HR, recruiting, and management in the areas of U.S. Immigration Law and Corporate Compliance. • Support the recruiting and talent management operations by identifying/analyzing foreign national candidates’ short and long range immigration needs. • Determine visa feasibility. • Coordinate/manage immigration cases for work authorization and permanent residency. • Consult with managers, HR representatives, recruiters and foreign national candidates (both internal and external) regarding the Company’s visa policy/process. • Create immigration systems and procedures enabling company to pull from foreign national population. • Develop content of all immigration related materials including web page, education/training documents/materials. • Coordinate with HR, Recruiting, Candidate, and Legal Team to ensure a quick turn around of required documentation and process initiation. • Coordinate with managers and employees to analyze and draft critical information relating to green card processing. • Coordinate out bound business visa process. • Maintain public access files.
