Assets are analyzed via a Repair Analysis Model which evaluates your
original investment and compares the reconciled as-is value to the
repaired value including the cost to carry, time to repair and
calculates the return on repairs. We offer rent stabilization for multi-
family properties. Multi-family properties are evaluated for repairs,
rental amount and city/county classification, i.e. Rent Control, REAP,
Section 8. We track rental payments on leased assets and produce a
Rent Roll for a prospective buyer.
Our clients are given access to our systems which allows real-time
asset level information and access to the reporting module which
contains canned reporting and adhoc reporting for those clients who
prefer to create their own reporting package.
