Based on your thumbnails, study further the images you want to include in your
work.
These may include variations in rendering the images, different angles to
render the images or details of the images.
If you are doing portraits, you may want to focus on each facial detail. You can
sketch texture of surfaces or specific parts of objects.
You will heighten your perception of the images you are working on in this
section of the IWB to render the images better in the final plate.
Sketching from life is the better option. However, if it will be difficult to get
images you want from actual setups, then photos may be used as reference.
