It will streamline and simplify the flow of information within medium – high density apartment buildings for owners, tenants, apartment management. It will be aimed at buildings which don’t offer or can’t afford high end building manage software. The site will be streamlined and easy to set up and maintain. Portable device friendly current and new tenants will be signed up and emailed a log in and password to access their profile and contact information. Revenue will be created by all sizes of business local and multi-national wanting to advertise within our easily targeted demographics. Local Target the exact apartment blocks they wish to target within a certain radius. Multi national businesses can target certain blocks and neighborhoods which their own research shows to have desirable demographics
