The Prevention of Corruption Act came into force inSeptember 1988. It was an improvisation of the Act of1947. Thus if an offence against a public servant is proved inthe court there will be imprisonment of not less than 6months upto 5 years and also the person may be fined.
All these corruptions are due to the leaders of thiscountry, as well as the citizens. The leaders are promoting the citizen towardscorruption by showing money. The main cause of corruption is alsomodernization of life style In modern society they dont think about thecountry and its future, due to which indirectly theyare responsible for this.
All the politicians should realize what their mainduty is. Black money should be sealed by thegovernment. Youths should make a revolution against it. Punishment should be given to all the corruptperson in India.
