Localization of Wales in Great Britain.<br />Wales is a beautiful nation in Great Britain very small, but with many things to see.<br />Wales or Cymru in Wels, it’s a bilingual nation with 3 millions people very friendly.<br />Cardiff is the biggest city and it’s also the capital with 320.000 residents. <br />
  3. 3. BRITANNIABRIDGE<br />Britannia bridge is a bridge across the Menai Strait between the island of Anglesey and the mainland of Wales. It was built after the Menai bridge and the bridge was opened on 5 March 1850.<br />
  4. 4. RELIGIOUS MONUMENTS<br />CATHEDRAL<br />CHURCH<br />St. David Cathedral is situated in St. David in Pembrokeshire, on west Wales. This cathedral is so big and beautiful and you can walk around many tombs in the ground . The first King of Tudor’s dynasty is buried there.<br />St. Mary church is an Anglican church and Greek Ortodox church in the centre of Swansea.<br />

  7. 7. NATIONAL MUSEUM CARDIFF<br />National Museum Cardiff is a museum and art gallery in the capital of Wales. It was founded in 1907. The museum has collections of archaeology, botany, art, geology and zoology.<br />

  9. 9. SQUARE<br />Carmarthen Square is a beautiful place in that town. Carmarthen is an old and cool town where you can shopping all the day, if it isn’t raining! There is a castle and an amphitheatre.<br />
  10. 10. STATUE TOWER <br />This is an old statue of Owain Glyndwr, the last Prince of Wales. William Shakespeare called him Owen Glendower in one of his works.<br />Paxton’s tower was built in honour of Lord Nelson and it’s situated in Carmarthenshire. It was built by William Paxton, this tower is 11 metres high.<br />
  11. 11. RUGBY<br />The Wales national rugby union team represent Wales in international rugby union tournaments. Wales play in red t-shirts, white shorts and green <br />socks. Wales play all their home matches at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, which is also Wales national stadium. <br />
