  2. 2. How can we look after our digestive system? To look after our digestive system we need to eat a varied and balanced diet and have healthy habits.
  3. 3. HOW CAN WE LOOK AFTER OUR LUNGS AND HEART? To look after our lungs and heart we need to eat a balanced diet ,do exercise and have healthy habits.
  4. 4. HOW CAN WE LOOK AFTER OUR BONES AND MUSCLES? To look after our bones and muscles we need to eat a balanced diet , do exercise and have healthy habits.
  5. 5. Why do we get ill? • We get ill when a part of our body doesn´t function well.A high temperature , a cough or pain are symptoms that we are ill.
  6. 6. How can we get better? When we are ill , we go to the doctor.The doctor examines us. Sometimes he gives a prescription for medicines, for example cough medicine or antibiotics so we get better.doctor also give us vaccinations. These prevent illness.
