  8. and we have decided to adopt attitudes that will change the organizations 8
  9. The traditional pyramidal organization will not disappear, but managers have to assume... 9
  10. that technology is an essential part of people’s lives and communication 10
  11. and that employees, clients, and suppliers have their own new values 11
  12. The web 2.0 is a revolution in how people make use of the Internet 12
  13. we have decided to change these apps on the desktop..... .....for these on-line, through the browser: 13

  15. information is exchanged among users without compensation (P2P) 15
  16. shared authorship and open intellectual property licenses are chosen 16
  17. Thus, the impact of technology forces the organizations to manage their resources with another, much more collaborative, culture 17
