In this way, students will be able to better understand their own potential, and can use their skills to self empower and obtain a more efficient professional career. Know what’s the best skills and how these skills change according to the vision of the company. Provide teaching methods aligned with Soft Skills that allow the evaluation. Provide the recruiter the best way to know the skills that university provides and how to adapt them to the company needs. To Universities: provide support to design the competency-based curriculum. To companies: provide a method to Efficiently match the competencies of the work teams with the objectives and values of the company.
