Why are we playing pretend?• Our library will undergo a massive renovation – 1972, old HVAC system and lighting, Pre‐1976 ADA  standards, not much group study space, etc.• 140,000 square feet on three floors• Leave the building for 18 months (6/11‐12/12) – Library services will go to the Student Union  (Driscoll) Ballroom.  Offices go to an old dorm. – Books go to a storage facility
